We tried to use found objects as much as possible in the construction of Patina Farm. A marble niche discovered at a local marble yard is fitted into the stucco wall of our shower.
The glass wall and ceiling allow the garden to flow into our bathroom. Garden elements, including fluted stone columns and boxwood topiaries, further blur the line between indoor and outdoor space. A dense hedge provides privacy.
A vintage draper’s table is repurposed as our sink base. Large medicine cabinets are housed behind the framed glass mirror.
